Constant milk secreation in breast

Constant milk secreation in breast.so I took the prolactin test and the value is 258.so doctor advised to take MRI scan. Please explain why it is high.

Hi, Prolactin is secreted from pitutery gland situated in brain. Anything abnormal in it increases Prolactin secretions. There for to Diagnose or to rule out any tuner in pitutery MRI is indicated. If no structural anomaly detected, it is treated with medicines.
