Constant mild Stomach ache

Stomach ache and vomiting for my 11yr old son took 3 days amoxicillin and domestal tab now no vomiting but still mild to moderate stomach ache

That can be due to gastritis. You should take medicine for that also like Pantop or Lanzol..Antibiotic works only if infection is there...Without fever no need for Antibiotic. Meet your Doctor for correct diagnosis and treatment.
