Constant itching - red spots

Asked for Male, 43 Years

Red spots that itch a lot accross my bicep, chest and elbow. Also here there on legs and ankles. The itiching doesn't seem to go away. I've taken anti-histamines and used ointment like Advantan and anti-itch ointment.
