Constant headache, pain in eyes & neck.

I have severe headache since 10 years but now along with it I have a runny nose with irriration and phlegm in throat. Erratic pain in eyes & neck region continues. I have consulted so many doctors but no effective results yet. Some doctors says I have migraine while others say no you don't have any its psychological. I have been for eye checkups but eyes are also 6/6. Now the situation has come that no painkillers are effecting me at all. During severe pains I have to go for painkiller injections which also lasts for three or four days no long lasting effect. When I take high dosage or high mg medicines it leads to vaginal infection. Sometimes my joints also pains like knees and elbows. In summers the problem of headache reaches it's utmost height and it becomes unbearable. I feel like purging out all the time and sometimes along with purging I get blood. I am confused which doctor should i consult ? What all is happening to me ? Please try to answer and help me out. I'll be thankful.
