I've been having a headache for 6 days and now my ear and tooth are aching too it's unbearable now even after taking painkillers

Hello........ Tooth acne is associated with headache.. When ever trigeminal nerve is irritated it presents with one sided headche..  Underlying cause should be treated..  Consult dentist..  There could  be periodontal  infection..  Local  examination is required...........
