Constant headache if I wear glasses
My eye precision is 6.25 in left eye and 6 in right eye, when I rechecked the power is another hospital it is minus 6 in both the eye can I use the glasses with precision 6.25 and 6

Very little power difference. Should not cause headache if you wear it regularly.
