I've been having a dry nose, fever, fatigue,nausea,body ache expecially my arm and neck, runny stomach, dizziness.

Hi, It seems you might have got flu/viral fever. A detailed Medical history regarding its duration may help in guiding you for further investigations and treatment. General advice would be to take plenty of fluids and healthy balance diet, Rest and Tab paracetamol 500mg for fever.
