Constant Headache
I have been constant headache last 15 days. I have taken some headache medicine but its reduce till the medicine effect. I am also wearing spec with (-.5).

There are many cause for headache like sinusitis, migraine etc.
This headache is not related to your glass power

Headache can be due to numerous causes like Hypertension,Sinus Problem etc.
As far as Headache due to eye problem might be due to Refractive error and at your age due to presbyopia/ near vision problem.
