  4. Constant headache. Has been erratic!

I have a bad headache since the past one week and can only survive the pain when I have a paracetamol. Had a bad cold last week. The cold has subsided but the headache is persistent. However, my sleep has been erratic

As per your description it might be due to rhinosinusitis.. need to be confirmed by local examination.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
