Constant headache
I am having regular headache on either side of head. I am not even able to sleep well.

To begin with certain features of your headache need to be clarified in detail. Eg - nature of pain, duration, factors relieving or increasing etc.
Also, I would urge you to initially go in for an ophthalmologist consult (eyes specialist) and check if your vision is fine.
If that is fine and still problem persists, I recommend other strategies.
