I would advise you to monitor your BP and to visit the ER so that you can be evaluated and undergo the necessary investigations to find the underlying cause. These following lifestyle changes may help: - Avoid salty, fried and oily food - Monitor and map your BP in a book - Maintain a proper posture while standing, sitting, walking and lying down. - Kindly don't over strain your body - Destress yourself with methods such as yoga/meditation If the condition persists or worsens visit the ER at the earliest.
