Constant headache, difficulty in swallow
I have low haemoglobin, low pcv, low mchc, low neutrophils, high esr and high lymphocytes. I have weight and muscle loss n having headache for more then 3 months,difficulty in swallowing​ food and its always feel like food will come up, dizziness and severe weakness , pressure in ear,headache pattern keep changing and numbness in my hands,leg.

These symptoms and the blood picture could be due to iron deficiency. You should test for the Iron profile in any laboratory.
