Constant headache at top of head
I have headache since 6months at top of head and it feels pressure in ear, behind eyes and nose.It pain more while bending.dizziness,sleepiness,trouble breathing,weight loss,iam underweight,numbness,loss of balanced and control.I went to ent doctor no sinuses problem. No migraines.took medicine for migraine though.lymphocytes and ESR increase.

U should consult a Neurologist to rule out other possible reasons for these somatic symptoms & dull headaches. There are other primary headache disorders also other than Migraine.
