I have been having headache and fever for past 3 days. i have been feeling weak. continous loose motions

Hello.. Well you need to be evaluated for the cause of loose motions and fever... We need to start antibiotics if it's fever...I would suggest you to meet a physician and get examined as we need to decide about the treatment. Thank you
