Constant Hair Fall

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I used Hair Gel 5 years ago. Since that time, my hair has been falling consistently. Now, I'm using Rosemary Oil, Pumpkin Seed Oil, Saw Palmetto, Aloe Vera juice, Pumpkin seeds, Flax seeds & all the superfoods. But nothing seems to stop the hair loss. What to do?

Do you have family history of hair fall or baldness on your maternal or paternal side. I am hair transplant surgeon so i personally advised you to take specific treatment for it.
