Constant gastric problem
Constant gastric problem since one and half month.i visited general doctor .He prescribed cintodac before lunch for 1 month. But after one month.during consuming medicine i was ok.but after one month again arise gastric problem. I have constipation. I also now consuming dizene and carmozyme.but it should be proper solution for this problem. I will be thankfull if you help me for guidance

Hi it's better to get a upper Gastroscopy done to rule out ulcers/ erosions/ presence of H.pylori infection.
Next Steps
Follow some life style changes : stop tea coffee. Avoid spicy food. Don't eat cabbage / capsicum/ don't drink / eat citrus fruits.
