Constant gas problem
I am having breathing problem due to gas problem and the problem gets reduced after gas releases from the mouth but since five days the gas is not releasing easily and this happens in night times and I keep on walking at night for the gases to be released

Tablet Albendazole 400 mg one dose only at night bed time
Syrup Aciloc S 1 table spoon thrice daily after breakfast , lunch and dinner
Tablet Neksium 40 mg once daily before breakfast
