  4. Constant foot ache. Weighing 85kgs.

Hello Dr Since 1 month I have been suffering from foot ache specially left foot at the bottom. Changed my sandals, started using slippers at home but it's of no use. I face difficulty mostly in the early morning to place my foot on the floor while getting out of the bed. Kindly suggest. I'm a male age 34, SWE employee, weighing 85kgs.

The pain might be due to Achilles tendinopathy or plantar fasciitis
