I recently had a injury while playing football in the groin area. After which I continued gym ignoring the pain. It grew worse. I stopped after that. The groin pain is recovering but I'm feeling extremely fatigued in the below my waist area everyday when after rest. I feel strength less in my legs. Please help.

If you were a very active person it may have lead to this due to prolonged rest
You can start with walks, climbing stairs and running before resuming your previous activities
