Constant ear pain since from 3 days

I've been having a continuous ear pain and noisy in ear drum and pain ear to down to neck and I think I have some thing in ear

Hello.. Well if you are in doubt that you have foreign body in ear then it's better to get it checked with the ENT specialist than using hot oil or something which will cause more harm than good...secondly for pain relief you can give hit fomentation around the ear...sometimes impacted wax also gives such a feeling of foreign body...so meet an ENT specialist..thank you
