Hello yes since your symptoms are so severe... you definitely need to go to hospital and first take injections to stop your vomitings..And you can be given. I v fluids. As per your symptoms as you say you are. Dehydrated..Please meet a doctor.. we need to evaluate you since the. Symptoms you mention are from a long time now.Thank you
