Constant cough
Cough for 3 weeks. Occasionally produces clear to white phlegm. Causes a vibrating feeling in lungs. Not relieved by cough drops, anti-congestant, rest, honey/hot tea, or anything yet. Daily coughing fits associated with headache and occasionally chest pain. Fatigue, but not worsened by cough.

You seem to be suffering from post viral cough which is common type of dry cough syndrome after an attack of viral upper respiratory tract infection. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days. You can use dry cough syrups, strepsils like lozenges and steam inhalation for faster recovery
