Constant cold and sneezing problem

I've been suffering from sinus problems since 5 years. Two years ago I had undergone nose operation by ENT..but still the problem continues with change of temperature or when my nose encounter dust.

This is allergic rhinitis with or without sinusitis. Surgery alone will not solve the problem. You need continuous treatment antihistamines and topical steroid nasal spray whenever symptoms appear. Most important measure is to avoid exposure to the allergen. Allergy can only be controlled.
