Constant chapped lips

Asked for Male, 16 Years

I have problem with chapped lips. I've used a ton of lips balm but none of them helped me to cure them. The skin of my lips everyday gets dead. As an alternative I use cucumber to hydrate and remove the dead skin from them, but this continues to happen almost everyday. What can I do, or what medicaments should I use?
