CONSTANT BODY PAIN Not able to sit sleep

Asked for Female, 55 Years

I am not able to sit or sleep from 3 days. Heavy body pain, every body part paining and even not able to stand or keep the foot on ground. Too much body sqizing and too much pain. I have consulted doctor . He has given medicine and injections which is useless. All report normal. Too much body pain and every body part is paining too much. Not able to suffer pain . Kindly tell me what is the problem
