Hello Doctor, Need basic tips to keep myself away from the viral cold and cough? I had a slight cold before, which resulted into this itchy cough that does not seem to go away. Need your help on this. Thanks.

Only your immune system can protect you from viral infection. There is no problem if you get infected but it should not stay for a very long periods. To keep your immune system up 1. Fill in nutritional deficiencies 2. Don't eat antigenic and inflammatory foods 3.regular exercise to keep the flow in lymphatic system (this helps in detoxification)
