Consistent bruise on back

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Hello, 23 year old female and I have had a bruise on my lower back for about 4 months or so. Will not go away. There is no persistent pain, only pain upon heavy using of my back and pressure applied to bruise. Any ideas?
