What eye drop I should take for conjunctivitis treatment. It is at it's initial stage only just 4 days before only I recognised. So what drop I should take? Please help Sir/Mam.

Basically redness of the eyes is only a symptom and can be due to many reasons including bacterial viral allergic causes. What are your associated symptoms is there itching, watering or discharge? Since you are located in Bengaluru, if you can make a visit to the clinic that would be the best option. If not please intiate an online consult.
