My right was not opening this morning. Had to wipe it with wet cotton and then was able to. It is swelled and a bit reddish. Is it conjuctivities?

It seems to be conjunctivitis but you should consult ophthmologist for proper medication, till to be on safe side you may use antibiotic eye drops 5-6 times ( vigamox eye drops)/
