Congenital sacral dimple
My daughter is 18 years old and has this sacral dimple by birth she never had any issues but from last 4 days she has developed pain n slightly swollen with no discharge jus the pain can it be treated with antibiotics because it's in initial stage?

Try giving her tab cefixime 200mg one morning and one evening for 5 days.
Tab acelofenac 100mg one morning and one evening for 3 to 4 days.
Tab pantaprazole 40mg one daily before breakfast for 5 days.
Do some hot compression, apply sumeg ointment over it, 2 to 3 times daily.
Inform after 5 days, it is o.k. or not.
