I have congenital lumber stenosis and i have tingling and numbness burning sensation in both my legs i have botu side mild hip pain i do all the work .. and i have do regular exercise if feel worry about it sometime i thing i go to paralysis for this problem

It's called paresthesias. It could be due to lbar stenosis.
