Confusion in LMP for EDD calculation

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I got my actual MC on 15/01/18. Again on 31st Jan I got heavy bleeding but that was purely rich red color blood unlike MC blood. Moreover, it was the first time when I have gone through this situation since my puberty.I went to my dr and she gave me Pause and bleeding was stopped in 1 day only. As per my dr my LMP is 31st jan, but since my bump is growing fast n big I have confusion regarding my LMP. My USG radiologist used to ask me only LMP, which I always told them 31st Jan. Pls guide what should be my actual LMP ?

What is your ultrasonography report says means how many weeks pregnancy you are carrying.If your LMP is 31 Jan then there is difference of two weeks.First scan report tells correct date for EDD.
