Computerized eye check up means objective refraction…which is usually done with help of an instrument names autorefractometer.
It will give a rough idea about power of glasses required by person.
This power given by computer ( autoref) is fine tuned by manual check up where in a person is exposed to different power glasses and glass power which gives best vision is advised by doctor as glasses prescription
So I would advise prescription calculated manually
