Mam if had my periods as I have earlier should it confirm that I'm not pregnant ?
Last periods-31 january
12-15february I had intercourse but also took 3 ECP's in those days ... Also I'm having little pain in abdominal area as I always have before my upcoming period date.. is there anything to worry about ?

Wait for few days till the period comes if it is delayed even by one day , do a urine pregnancy test.
