Confirm if I have damaged my panie

Last night while doing for play before sex, I hear milled cracking sound from my panie when it was full eracted, later as I thought there is something wrong went to bathroom and check but my panie was eracted, later when I pass the urine I went ahead for sex, but I did not get the eraction. Now the question is it my anxiety or I have damage my panies, as I do not have any swelling, no change in colour of my panie and also no major pain as such milled burning sensation as I could not discharge s
