If the changing of condom etc happened before the intercourse the chances of pregnancy are nil. If it happened in between then chances of pregnancy cannot be ruled out. In the medications you have mentioned Deviry too. What is that for? Connect and elaborate your history properly as medications have impact.

It doesn't make a material difference as far as the pregnancy rate is concerned. The main thing is that it should not come out during the intercourse.

If the changing of condom occurs in between intercourse we can't predict chances of pregnancy..but if it changed before Intercourse chances of pregnancy is nil
