Concerned for rabies
My hand got a light cut on sunday, which only bled for a min , then after like 35 hours after when I got the cut , I picked up my hanky from the stairs which fell from my hand , from the same hand, where there was cut , now stray dogs usually roam in that stairs , since its outside my home Is there any need to worry about that their germs might have travelled to my cut , ??

Hi., I can understand your concern. No need to worry, prolong wetness is needed for viral transmission, it won't transfer if the cut area is dry.
