I have a 9 month old. On Easter Sunday we had ham. I gave her a few small pieces. I got the leftovers out and my husband said she couldn’t have it because he cooked it with honey. I am extremely worried about botulism now. Do I just monitor for symptoms or is there a test to rule it out or a medication that can be prescribed to prevent it?

Botulism is a rare condition, and although honey IS a cause, but only if it's unrefined.
Relax, but in case of any symptoms, consult your paediatrician asap.
