You just need to lose weight over all.
Have a peoper diet and hit the gym. That will be enough.

So first of all you try to reduce your weight. Reducing weight will redistribute your fats nicely at proper positions. Dont worry bout ur breast size reduction now, first go for ur whole body weight reduction.
2. Do a 30-45 mins of jogging everyday.
3. Dont eat alot at particular time. Break your eating habits like make your habit to eat every 2-3 hrs.
4. Increase vegetable and fruits in ur diet.
