Concern for breasts

Is 40 bra size a very large size according to my age i.e 21. I am 5'2 feet tall and my weight is 78kgs. I am developing some kind of complex day by day over my rapidly growing breasts. if yes, What should be the ideal size and how can i reduce my breasts?

Hello there. 

I can understand your concern. 
If you want to lose weight, then keep in mind that you cannot reduce weight of any one particular body part.
You just need to lose weight over all.
Have a peoper diet and hit the gym. That will be enough.
Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.

Every body part should be  proportionate to have an attractive personality...losing 10%of present weight in 3 months should be aimed by diet and physical exercise...thereafter your breasts will not make you depressed

First and foremost you must understand losing your weight is a very gradual process. You should have strong determination and patience if you want to lose weight. And it cannot happen suddenly. Losing too mich suddenly is also not good for health. You have to follow a strict diet and exercise schedule. Regarding diet - have small multiple meals instead of 3 big meals, eat food rich in proteins and fibres like egg white boiled chicken vegetables fruits pulses, avoid carbohydrate rich foods like rice curds oily foods sweets ghee and other junk food. Regarding exercises - start slowly with brisk walking, then change over to jogging, running and other abdominal exercises. Never over strain yourself. And always keep yourself well hydrated and enjoy whatever you do...consult dietitian they will do the needful.

See this data which you provided is obviously not good for your age. You are overwt. Your BMI is increased.

So first of all you try to reduce your weight. Reducing weight will redistribute your fats nicely at proper positions. Dont worry bout ur breast size reduction now, first go for ur whole body weight reduction.

Next Steps
1. Join a gym under strict diet plan given by ur instructor or consult a dietician for ur diet plan.
2. Do a 30-45 mins of jogging everyday.
3. Dont eat alot at particular time. Break your eating habits like make your habit to eat every 2-3 hrs.
4. Increase vegetable and fruits in ur diet.
