Conception. Lining is good!

Good afternoon mam/sir....  I am 31 year old.. And I have a history of a miscarriage and losing a baby of 5 days to death after delivery....  I really need to get in contact with you.. As it's been 14 months we are trying but I result at all... We are very devastated... Please help us .. I had my miscarriage on 3rd march 2021... 7 weeks  And delivered a baby boy on 15th January 2023 by c section .. Which survived for 5 days only ... At this moment I am in saudi arabia .. If madam wants me to come early I can.. But my husband can only reach Kolkata on 28th march.. He will be returning on 11th june ... But before that I want to talk to mam... And want her to inform all my details... I had hsg test,, and that shows partial block.. my period has also lessen... but my endometriosis lining is good
