Whenever I tried to focus on anything.in my back side of head starts dizziness. This has been happening for 4 days. I am an non alcoholic person and non smoker. I don't have any problem. What is that

Adequate rest, relaxation is advised.
I would also recommend you to get your vision checked for any refractive error.
Take a break of 2 min with every 15 min of staring down on a computer/mobile screen.
