Hi..for little long, I am not being able to concentrate properly. Sometimes it causes very mild pain if I try hard. Also if feel lack of enthusiasm, determination and above all energy. Please suggest regular diet/lifestyle which may increase my energy level throughout the day

Hello - There is no specific diet for enhance ment of concentration. this can be done successfully just by yoga & meditation. reading encouraging books, activities in sports, music can help u surely. for lack of energy u need more protien rich foods ,plant, vegetables, fruits, salad in your meals. Dairy foods are also helpful. All these would help as per your complications.
