  4. Conceive chance. And destroys pregnancy?

I have already used Diane 35 till this month . Doctor told me to stop now and use frolic acid and try intercourse . Will I get my periods regular now , can I start some yoga to get periods which I watched on YouTube to get periods. Doing yoga will spoil my chances of getting conceive as it creates pressure on stomach and destroys pregnancy ??
