Have sitz bath - sit in luke warm water tub with a pinch of salt added for few minutes. this causes your bowel movement to be soft and also decreases pain if there is any. repeat this if necessary. Have more fruits. Dont have juice. Try having whole fruits, they contain more fibre and softens your stool. Have adequate water intake.
