I'm Studying For CA. We have Classes For More than 10 hours. With the grace of god Doesn't have any issues to my eye. I don't use any glasses for eye. Here, I request you to prefer the best Computer Glass?

You can use blue cut antiglare glasses
Some people feel better with these glasses and some don't feel any difference

If u have not any problem with vision... No need of glass.. If u r working on computer for long time then take a break for 5 min in every half an hour
