Compression in spine
I falled from over head tank of water before 3 years so there is compression in lumber of my spine so i can't control my urine, toilet and toes of my both legs so i can't walk without walker. I used physiotherapy for 1 year and accupressure therapy for 3 months but there is no movement in toes. I can't stand without support. I can't move up and down my body when i stand. there was no sensation in my legs but after accupressure therapy, there is little sensation but doctor and we loss hope when no special result come after 3 months. there is no sensation in my buttocks, lower area of legs( below of femer) and below from it. There is sensatio fully on upper part untill knee. but there is no sensation on my penis. Physio says that even you will operate your spine then you will not walk. he said that I will use exercise but I have been doing exercise for 3 years but no special effects. Kindly treat me because I am only 21 year old and my vision is so big. I want to be an IAS. please sir

You should have been operated then only this much delay is bad, spine could have undergone myelomyeletic degenerative changes. May even need surgery now but at time lapse recovery can't be assured. Don't rush for IAS believe in target thts feasible nw. Get further treatment done
