.What is the best treatment for compressed median nerve in the carpel tunnel of both hands. Is this a serious issue will the patient with this problem be paralyzed in both my hands? Due to this compressed nerve I have lot of tingling, stiffness sensation and pain in both my palms and fingers. I take pain killer almost every day . Ive tried with homeopathy, allopathy - pregadoc, methylcobalamin tablets, b12 injections, gabapentin tab, tryptomer etc, nothing has worked. Please suggest.

If medications have not worked then consult orthopaedic to treat with surgical decompression of the affected nerves....long time compression of nerves will cause weakness of muscles of hands
