Complications with UTI. Any other tests?

Hi Sir, 3 months back I have done test for Urine culture and it shows enterobacter species presence in urine which causes UTI. Doctor has prescribed me Zifi CV 200 for 14 days, the symptom went off for first week but there were minor sympyoms of frequent urination next week.So, Doctor has prescribed Faropenem and now it was clear. After one month again I faced frequent urination problem and very minute pain in some urinary areas. So, I went to different urologist which is near to my hometown. He has done blood test and urine analysis test. The test shows no blood sugar, normal WBC and ph level of urine is 6 which is normal. So, he told me there is no infection present and he told me this is because of anxiety. But still i get frequent urination and sometime feel little pain in between below abdominal and above penis area. Does normal PH and WBC can rule out infection or I need to go any other tests??
