Complete loss of appetite
Been through abit of a stressful 2 months and my apitite has completely gone. I am constantly hungry but can't ever eat my food because it makes me feel sick even looking at it. Used to eat like a bull and I trained 6times a week. Trying to get back into working out but I'm struggling eating. What's best way to go about it?

Good morning dear, Firstly start thinking positive, Food ,,Air and Water are the basic needs for our body to keep it Healthy and give back something to our society it's our moral duty to keep Ourselves Healthy and strong. So start eating every 2 hourly of your choice if still unable to eat then try to make some bond with nature as it gives us some many natural foods like water ,milk products, fruits and veggies,try to start with them.
