Sorry for giving incomplete details for my previous query. Now In this Query giving my complete Details. 2020 i was diagnosed ovarian endometrioma.  Usg report jan, 2020: LO cyst size: 6.5*5.7 CM with septation RO cyst size: 3.6*2.4 CM.  Ca 125: 246  Doctor prescribed Emersa 2 mg for 5 months. Usg report june, 2020: LO cyst size: 4.9*3.2 CM RO cyst size: 2.4*1.8 CM Ca 125: 63 Again doctor prescribed Emersa 2 mg for long term & Usg each after 3 months.  Usg sep, 2021: LO cyst size: 2.7*2.4 CM  RO cyst size: 1.1*1.7 CM  Take Emersa 2mg for continus 2 years. Then doctor told me that Cease the tablet for next 3 months & Notice that How your pain during periods? So from jan to march 2022 I was not under medicine &  got three periods with no pain at all, Yesterday I do my usg and report say: Usg report, march 2022:  LO cyst size: 4.9*3.5 CM & 3.0*2.8 CM one of which is septationseptation.  RO cyst size: 1.8*1.6 CM I'm unmarried. Give Adv. Plz. Help thank  you 🙏
